How long does shipping take for bedding and bath orders?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 2pm Monday through Friday.
What is your return policy for pillows and duvets?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on pillows, duvets, and mattress toppers if they are unopened and in their original packaging. You have 100 days to return most other items.
How do I choose the right duvet tog for the season?
We recommend a 4.5 tog for summer, a 9 or 10.5 tog for spring/autumn, and a 13.5 or 15 tog for winter. For versatility, our 'All Seasons' duvets combine two weights.
Are your down and feather products ethically sourced?
